Litchfield Park

Litchfield Park is a quaint little city just 16 miles outside of Phoenix. Here you will find Palm Trees and Orange Trees lining the streets, small boutique shops, restaurants, schools, parks, and the renowned Wigwam Resort. The city was founded in the early 1900’s by Paul W. Litchfield, an executive for Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company sent to purchase land for the cultivation of cotton for tire production. Since then, Litchfield has grown into a highly desirable community due in large part to its charm and small hometown feel.

Litchfield Park features a variety of homes for people from all walks of life – from small patio homes or condos to stunning custom homes on large acre lots. The original town is referred to as “Old Litchfield” which spans one square mile and is surrounded by lush landscaping and amenities. Over the years Litchfield Park has expanded and added some great communities to the like of Litchfield Greens and The Villages at Litchfield Park just to name a few.
